  • Postage

  • How much is postage within the UK?

    Postage is £2 for orders under £5, £4 for orders over £5 and FREE for orders over £50. All orders £5 and over are sent by a Royal Mail tracked service. You'll be sent a link to track your parcel once it has shipped. (UK ONLY)

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    We aim to ship items the next working day but this may be affected by busy periods or things beyond the control of TPTC. Please see the top banner of our website for up to date postage times.

  • How much is International Postage?

    We are happy to say that we now ship Worldwide! Please enter your address at checkout, where postage will be calculated according to your parcel weight. International orders are sent via a tracked and signed service that usually takes up to 11 days.

  • If a product is labelled as 'preorder' when should I expect it?

    Our products available to preorder have an estimated delivery month under the buy button. When launching new products, we often have them available on a preorder basis as this allows time for our small team to prepare orders for shipping.

  • Building a Bundle

  • Can I add items of different design to my bundle?

    Yes, absolutely! Choose whichever items in whatever designs you like to add to your bundle. The choice is yours!

  • Can I add other items to my bundle?

    Through our bundle builder, you'll be able to choose one planner, a notebook and three available accessories. If you would like to add anything else to your bundle, please add these as separate items in your cart.

  • Returns

  • Can I return my order?

    We accept returns on all orders within 14 days of them being delivered. Please note that we do not accept returns of personalised items which includes embossed products and vinyl labels. Please use our returns form found here when returning your order. Return postage costs are not covered by TPTC. Please download a copy of our return form here.

  • I have a question about my order

    Please email Rachel and Laura at hello@tptc.co.uk and they'll get back to you asap.

  • Are there any products that I can't return?

    We are unable to accept returns of orders which have been used (such as attaching a pen loop, written in etc). We also cannot accept returns of personalised items or items which have been sold as seconds items in our sale. Please refer to the product description of your items for return information.

  • School Orders

  • I want to place an order for my school. Do you offer discounts for schools?

    Yes absolutely. Please head over to our School Orders page where you can view our school brochure, as well as exclusive discounts for schools. We also have a contact form if you have any questions about placing an order for your school.

  • Do you accept purchase orders?

    We do accept purchase orders. Please send your purchase order to hello@tptc.co.uk and Rachel will set your order up for you, sending you a VAT invoice for payment within 30 days. If your school requires our supplier information in order to set us up with their finance team, please download our supplier information here.
