About Us
At The Positive Teacher Company, we believe that happy teachers mean happy children. Our mission is simple: to support teachers so they feel valued, organised, and inspired because when teachers thrive, their pupils do too.
How We Started
We began in Bradford, West Yorkshire, when our founder Rachel, like so many teachers, was juggling the endless demands of school life. She was searching for a planner that didn’t just help with organisation, but also lifted her spirits and made the tough days feel a little brighter. When she couldn’t find it, she designed her own.
What started as one teacher’s solution quickly grew into a community. Today, we’re still a small team, mostly made up of educators ourselves, all driven by the same passion: to spread positivity and support across our wonderful profession.
What We Do
Our products are more than stationery. Every planner, notepad and resource is created to improve the happiness of educators. We think of them as little tools for wellbeing, designed to help teachers feel more in control, more confident and more connected to the joy of teaching.
Our Promise
We know the profession can be demanding, and sometimes overwhelming. That’s why everything we do, whether it’s designing a planner, writing a blog post, or connecting with our community, is rooted in one belief:teacher happiness matters. Because when teachers are supported and celebrated, children flourish too.
