Preorder: If your item is labelled at 'preorder' there will be an estimated month of shipping underneath the buy button. Orders containing 'preorder items' are shipped together.
Shipping Times: We aim to post orders out the next working day however please see the top banner for current shipping times which may change during busy periods.
Cost: Orders over £50 are FREE. Shipping for orders under £50 is £4.
Returns: TPTC is happy to exchange or refund unpersonalised items within 30 days of an item being received. Please find information regarding returns here.
