The Basics
It’s more than just a planner! Yes, it’s got the weekly pages for your school year, but it’s also got lots of planning pages to help you plan out your year and manage your workload.
* Our NEW Teacher Planner runs from August 2025 until July 2026
* They are available in A4 and B5, by popular demand!
* The planners have a sturdy metal spiral binding and metal corner protectors, so they’re hard-wearing and can survive a year in and out of your bag
* We’ve got a wide range of beautiful covers to choose from!
* There’s a space in the inside cover to tuck a matching A5 notebook, to jot down all your ideas
Section 1 – Teacher Focus
This section is all about you and the key things you’ll need this year. From the personal things like your goals and your favourite memories, to professional actions and training, these pages are all about you as a teacher.
* Key information pages for things like key members of staff and useful resources
* Your goals for the year, habit trackers, and a wellbeing tracker
* Year actions – This page helps you to organise your goals and tasks using the Eisenhower matrix, so you can prioritise accordingly
* A book record for you to fill the shelf with all the things you’ve read!
* Professional development records
* Moments to remember and things you’re proud of
Section 2 – Calendar
This section is all about looking at the school year as a whole and planning ahead. Use this as the first step in your curriculum planning!

* A double page monthly calendar for each month of the school year, from August to July
* Appointments pages
Section 3 – Term Plans
Here, we’re getting more specific and looking at medium term planning. Refer to section 2 for any important dates to consider, and use these pages to plan out each term. You can put some ideas in right at the beginning of the year, or take it one term at a time, or a bit of both!
* Long and medium term overview pages
* Ideas, actions, and organisation notes for each term (x6)
* Seating plans
* Timetables
Section 4 – Weekly Plans
Here’s where you bring it all together! Refer to your long and medium term planning to see what needs to be taught in each week, and break it down here in detail.
* Double page weekly plans for each week, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
* Each spread has a Notes and a To Do section
* Each day has 6 large boxes for planning periods or lessons, plus a smaller box at the top and bottom of each page. Use these to note all day events or add personal things like habit tracking
* The weekly pages run from Monday 4th August until Friday 31st July
Section 5 – Meetings
Keep all your meeting notes in one place so they’re always handy. Plus, bringing your teacher planner along to meetings means you’ll have lots of helpful information at hand to refer to.
* 29 Staff Meeting pages with Notes, To Do, and Ideas sections
* 33 Staff Briefing sections so you can prep when you need to share ideas and information
Section 6 – Records
Keep all your records together alongside the rest of your notes, track reading and homework, and manage different groups.
