Here at TPTC, we love a good notebook. Thick paper, a nice pen, and a cup of tea – that’s how we like to plan our weeks. However, there’s also something to be said for digital planning. We know lots of teachers like to use a tablet to plan, because you can integrate digital calendars, easily check your emails, add links to certain files, and print straight from your planner. If you’re a digital planner person, you don’t need to feel left out of the TPTC planner community! We’ve got lots of downloadable planners that you can use for some digital planning, or if you just want the odd page here and there then you can print them too! Let’s take a look at what’s on offer…
The Full Teacher Planner Download Bundle
This bundle contains everything you need to create a digital version of our teacher planner. It contains all of the pages from our 2025-2026 Teacher Planner in both PDF and JPEG formats. For pages designed to be double page spreads, like our monthly calendars, there’s a choice between an individual page format and a double page spread. The planner is fully dated from August 2025 to July 2026, including the calendar section, the year overview, and all of the weekly pages.
Inside you’ll get all of the sections that are in our physical planner: Teacher Focus, Calendar, Term Plans, Weekly Plans, Meetings, and Records. You can use it just the same as you would the physical Teacher Planner, and work through each page, or you can just use the pages that are most useful to you. You can upload the pages to an app like Goodnotes to write on them digitally, and you can print pages too, so you can put them up on a noticeboard or just bring one meeting notes page along to a meeting.
Don’t need the full Teacher Planner bundle?
We’ve got plenty of other options! You can download different sections individually, so you can just use what you need. If your school requires you to use a certain planner, you could just download our Teacher Focus section, so you get the benefit of those pages even when you can’t use the rest of the planner.
Dated Teacher Planner Downloads
The calendar section includes an appointments tracker, a whole year overview for the school year of 2025-2026, a birthdays list, an important dates record, next year’s calendar overview and – maybe most importantly! – 12 double page month calendar spreads. These are super handy to have in a digital format, as you can use them over and over. If you’re a subject leader, you could have one set of calendar spreads for your class and another for your leadership responsibilities. Duplicate the files to keep multiple calendars, or print out multiple copies.
This section contains our double page weekly spread, with a vertical planning layout and six boxes for each day, dated from 4th August 2025 to 31st July 2026. These are the backbone of the Teacher Planner and the part that teachers will use most throughout the year, so you may just want to buy this section to plan week by week. You’ll get both an individual page format or a double page format to choose from, with space for notes, a to do list, and tasks before and after school. It also includes an end of year evaluation page.
Useful Downloadable Resources for Teachers
We’ve made our Teacher Focus section available to buy and download on its own! Some people opt for our Weekly Academic Planner, as it has a daily hourly schedule layout rather than the six blank boxes in our Teacher Planner, and many teachers and school staff prefer to plan their days this way. But the Weekly Academic Planner doesn’t include the Teacher Focus section, so you could download it separately. If you just prefer to plan another way, or your school requires you to use a certain planning system, you can still grab the Teacher Focus section separately. It contains pages all about you as a teacher, including a book and wellness tracker, your goals, a professional development tracker, and a habit tracker.
Our Term Plans are designed to help you to get ahead on your week-by-week planning by taking a look at the year as a whole. It includes a long term plan, as well as plans for 6 terms. These termly plans include action plans, ideas and to do lists, medium term plans, ideas pages, term organisers, seating plans and timetables. If you have a different planner or diary that you use throughout the year, you may just want to grab this section to help you plan out your year and make your lesson planning more streamlined.
Records, Meetings, and Observations
These pages are all available to buy and download separately, so you can just grab what you need to build your own ideal teacher planner. Our Observations pages are not available in the Teacher Planner – they’re only included in the Teacher Training Planner and the New To Teaching Essentials Book. You can also grab a copy of the ITT Framework, with lots of space for notes!
Our Meetings pages are ideal for keeping your meeting takeaways structured and for referring back to later; we recommend keeping these in a folder together. The records pages are super flexible and can be used in lots of different ways, and you’ll have the option to print them or use them in a digital planning app.
