We’re releasing brand new undated teacher planners on 15th March! The undated planners are very similar to our Teacher Planners, which are already out – find them here. We know that for many reasons, some of you prefer not to have dates in your planner, and this can make the planner much for flexible for many, so we’ve got that option too! So let’s run through the undated planner, everything it comes with, and how it’s different to our usual Teacher Planner.

How are they different?
The undated teacher planner is similar in many ways to the Teacher Planner, and most of the content inside is the same. A key difference is the cover options; in the past, they’ve been available in the same range of cover designs as our Teacher Planners. However, we’ve switched things up this year! So our dated Teacher Planners are available in a range of 13 different designs, while our undated planners are available in 4 solid colours: pink, yellow, mint, and blue. The tabs inside match these colours, too.
Another key difference is the size – the dated Teacher Planer is available in both A4 and B5 sizes, but the undated planner is only available in B5. This is a super handy size that’s easy to travel with, so we find it suits lots of people who work more flexibly and may choose an undated planner.
Then of course, the final key difference is in the dates – the clue is in the name! The undated planner comes without any dates, so the year overview page just has the months without a year. You’ll get 12 monthly calendar double spreads without any month labels or numbers, plus 52 weeks of double page weekly planning spreads, with no dates or even days of the week. This means you get 12 months worth of planning pages, but you can start this at any time. And you don’t have to use it for 12 months in a row!
Who are the undated planners for?
The undated planners are super flexible, so they’re a great option for lots of different people! Of course, they have all the same planning materials as the Teacher Planner as they are designed for teachers, but since they are undated they are a great option for part time teachers, supply teachers, trainee teachers, or SLT with some teaching responsibility. They’re also great for HTLAs who do some teaching, or full time class teachers who have started part way through the year.
Just like the rest of our planners, we’ve designed this planner to be sturdy and hardwearing so you can bring it wherever you need – we think the B5 size is perfect for this as it’s that little bit smaller and easier to fit in a handbag, but still has plenty of room for writing. It’s a hardback book with a strong metal spiral bind and metal corner protectors. It’s made from high quality 120gsm paper, and comes with an elastic to keep it closed.
What’s inside the undated Teacher Planner?
The undated Teacher Planner has the same 6 sections inside as the dated Teacher Planner: Teacher Focus, Calendar, Term Plans, Weekly Plans, Meetings, and Records. The only difference is, of course, the lack of dates. We don’t even include a year, so this planner can really stand the test of time and be used whenever it suits you.
The planner includes pages all about you as a teacher in the Teacher Focus section, like your goals, habit trackers, and records of CPD. There’s a calendar with 12 double page monthly spreads, so you could use these consecutively or just as and when you need them. There are 6 lots of term plans, including 6 ‘term ideas’ pages, 6 medium term plans, and 6 term actions pages – all undated, so you can apply them whenever you need them. There are 52 sets of weekly plans with no dates or days of the week printed. Then there are lots of staff meeting and briefing pages, and record pages to keep note of students’ activities. For a closer look at exactly what you get and what the pages look like, have a look at the video walkthrough below.
