A Guide To Our Classroom Display Packs | 2025-2026

Our 2025-2026 Classroom Display Packs are here! Every year, we bring out our planners in a range of different designs and this year there are 13 of them. We also use these designs to create our classroom display packs, which are downloadable, editable, printable packs which teachers can use to decorate and organise their classrooms! There’s so much included in our display packs, so let’s run through what they are, what you’ll get, and how to use them. Let us know which design is your favourite!

What is a display pack for?

Our display packs contain a lot of different things, from classroom borders and labels to posters and presentation slides, so you can use them in a lot of different ways. They are also editable, so you can really customise them to you and your classroom’s needs. Use them to decorate your classroom at the start of the school year, give your classroom a refresh partway through the year, or just for a particular board or area. You can use them to organise your files and resources, with the folder and tray labels, as well as create pretty displays with the borders and bunting. You can even use them to create your lessons, as we’ve included lesson slides. Use these for morning activities, behaviour and class culture sessions, or full normal lessons. Remember – you’ll get digital files which are yours to keep, so you can reuse these again and again, year after year!

How do I use the display pack?

First up, choose your favourite design and purchase the pack – or multiple packs in all your favourite designs! You’ll get access to a file you can download that will contain everything you need. You’ll get both PDF and PowerPoint formats, so you can edit the files and customise them in the way that’s most comfortable for you, whether that’s in PowerPoint, or in Canva (just drag the PDF files into Canva and you can edit them!), or another program you’re familiar with. Lots of the files are ready to go and don’t need any editing at all, so with those ones you can just hit print and get started straight away!

We suggest using glossy photo paper to print as it’s long lasting, and then there’s no need for laminating. We also recommend laser printing, if you have access to one (many schools have these) as it’s the best for smudge-free printing. To save you some time, we suggest using a guillotine for cutting out where you can, and doing it in bulk, so print out everything you’ll need at once and cut them in one big session with a guillotine.

For things like labels and signs, you can customise what they say to fit your needs. Design tray labels with your students’ names, or a different label for each type of resource you keep in your classroom so you can easily find what you need. You can also label file folders according to your different classes/sets if you’re a secondary teacher, or different subjects for primary. Just edit the text!

What can I do with the Display Packs?

Here are some of our suggestions for using the display packs – but they’re super flexible and you can edit them yourself, so you can use them however you like!

Make a teacher toolbox

If you’ve never heard of a teacher toolbox, they are little drawers that sit on or near your desk and contain all the little bits and bobs that a teacher needs, like push pins, blue tack, or pencil sharpeners. They’re a great way to keep everything organised, and you can use our labels to make them look pretty too! Our Teacher Toolkit labels are designed to fit the Von Haus toolbox, and you can edit them to reflect what you’ll be keeping in yours. We recommend printing the labels onto glossy paper and sticking them to the outside of the drawers, so they’re super clear and vibrant.

Organise everything

We’ve got tray labels, tolsby frame labels, magazine file labels, binder labels, toolbox labels, square labels and circle labels, so you can organise all of your classroom resources! Label every tray with a child’s name, and all of your drawers, cupboards, and shelves with what resource lives there. This is great for encouraging independence in your students as they can use the labels to find what they need, and make it easy for them to help clean up the classroom as they can see where everything goes. Organise all of your files and documents, label your bookshelves according to what genre or level of book goes there, and use our square and circle labels for everything else!

Use décor to create the environment you want

Think carefully about the design you choose and the visual impact it will have on your classroom. Do you want to create a space that's fun and vibrant? Or maybe you prefer your space to be visually calm? Think about not just the design you choose, but where you use it and how much. Do you want to decorate your whole classroom with matching borders, bunting, number line, and posters? Or do you want to use a different design for different display boards? Think about the mood you want your classroom to have and choose your design/s accordingly.

Create a welcoming classroom

It’s really important to create a classroom that’s welcoming, especially at the beginning of a new school year, so we’ve included some resources to help you achieve that. Choose a design that reflects not only the vibe you want your classroom to have, but that also reflects you. We’ve included affirmation posters and welcome signs in the display pack, and we recommend putting these somewhere either very visible, or by the door, so the children can see these easily. Use our borders to create areas to highlight great work, or for a board that celebrates kind and helpful things your students have done. Use your physical classroom as a tool to be welcoming and get your school year started on the right foot!
