The 2026 Annual Planner Product Guide: Features, Layouts & Designs

The 2026 Annual Planner Product Guide: Features, Layouts & Designs

The Basics

Let’s start with the essentials. This planner comes in a B5 size, which we think is the perfect balance — spacious enough for detailed planning (unlike smaller A5 planners), yet compact enough to pop into your handbag and carry wherever you go.

You can choose from four stunning cover designs (browse them here) and enjoy the durability of a sturdy metal spiral binding. It also has metal corner protectors to keep your planner safe from bumps and scuffs when you’re out and about.

The 2026 Annual Planner runs from January 2026 to December 2026 and features a weekly layout — more on that in a moment.

Monthly Pages

The first section of your 2026 Annual Planner is a set of monthly calendar spreads, all grouped conveniently at the front. Each month covers a double-page layout, with spacious boxes for each day and a notes section down the side for extra details.

Having all the monthly pages together makes it easy to plan your year at a glance. Use them to note down:

  • Birthdays and anniversaries

  • Annual events and holidays

  • Bill payment and subscription renewal dates

  • Appointments and car maintenance reminders

Or get creative! The generous daily boxes are ideal for turning your monthly pages into a mini gratitude journal — jot down one thing you’re thankful for each day.

The Weekly Dashboard

Before each weekly spread, you’ll find a two-page Weekly Dashboard designed to help you plan and prepare for the week ahead.

Start by setting your top three priorities and enjoy the satisfaction of ticking them off as you go! There’s also a generous To-Do List section where you can jot down everything that needs attention. When you’re mapping out your week, simply refer back to this list and distribute your tasks across the days where you’ll have time to tackle them.

We’ve also included thoughtful spaces to encourage a bit of reflection and self-care. Each dashboard includes areas to note your personal goal for the week, a self-care activity, something you’re grateful for and a habit tracker to help you stay consistent.

To top it off, there’s a full lined page for open planning, whether that’s brainstorming ideas, making lists or outlining a project. It’s a flexible space that adapts to whatever your week throws at you.

The Weekly Pages

This is where the magic happens!

The weekly pages feature a vertical layout with a full column for each day — including Saturday and Sunday. At the top of each day, you’ll find a handy ‘All-Day Events’ box, perfect for noting birthdays, appointments or special occasions.

Below that, there are eight blank boxes per day. We’ve intentionally kept these undated and unlabelled so you can use them in a way that suits your lifestyle. For example:

  • Add time slots (e.g. 9am–4pm) on your workdays if you like a timed schedule.

  • Assign a box to each family member to keep track of everyone’s activities.

  • Use them for meal planning, noting breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas.

  • Or dedicate each box to a different task or focus area throughout the day.

You can even mix and match! Use one box for your child’s activities, another for appointments, one for dinner plans and the rest as a daily To-Do list.

Along the side of the weekly layout, you’ll find additional reflection and positivity boxes — because that’s what we’re all about at TPTC. There’s space to celebrate something you achieved, highlight the best moment of your week, reflect on what went well (or what you’d like to improve), and note anything to remember for next week.

The Extras

It wouldn’t be a TPTC planner without a few thoughtful extras!

At the back of the planner, you’ll find 19 dotted notes pages — the perfect space for anything and everything. Use them for making lists, jotting down ideas, planning projects, tracking goals or even keeping Christmas gift lists. However you like to plan, there’s plenty of room for it here.

We’ve also added a few handy features at the front of the planner to help you stay organised all year long. You’ll find two ‘Weekly Routines’ pages, designed in a timetable format. These are ideal for keeping track of regular activities such as toddler classes, nursery times, work schedules or exercise sessions.

Because there are two, you can use them in whichever way suits your lifestyle best — perhaps one for work and one for home or one for your own routine and another for your children’s. You could even save the second one for later in the year if your schedule is likely to change.

There are also dedicated pages for recording important information, including your logins and key contacts, so you always have them to hand when you need them most.
