Our Teacher Training Planner is launching on Saturday 9th May at 9am!
Here’s everything you need to know about our Teacher Training Planner, designed to support you throughout your training year.
Covering the full academic year, this planner works no matter how long your placements are. We’ve also included space to record information for up to three placements, so if you’re training in more than one setting, you can keep everything organised in one place.
It’s available in all 16 stunning planner designs and is available of part of our Bundle Builder too!
The Basics
Planner Features:
- Dated from August 2026 to July 2027
- A4 hardback planner
- Thick, high-quality 120gsm FSC-approved paper
- Pocket inside the front cover (perfect for a matching A5 notebook)
- Metal corner protectors

- Attached elastic that matches the design colour scheme
- A4 plastic pocket at the back for storing loose papers
- NEW: Dividers matching your planner design to separate each month

Teacher Focus
This section is all about supporting you throughout your training year. Keeping everything organised, reflective and in one place.
You’ll find space for:

- a school/day overview for each placement
- tracking books you’ve read and useful finds (like blogs or podcasts)
- an assignment tracker
- your Teacher Training Targets (for up to 3 placements)
- the ITT/ECT framework

Calendar
In the calendar section, you’ll find:
- a year overview for 2026
- twelve double-page monthly spreads
- a year overview for next year (2027)
Each monthly spread includes spacious boxes for each day and a notes section down the side.
Use these pages to track:
- birthdays and anniversaries
- holidays and key events
- bill payments and subscriptions
- appointments and reminders
Or get creative, the generous daily boxes are perfect for turning your planner into a mini gratitude journal, noting one thing you’re thankful for each day.
Term Plans
In this section, you’ll find:
- a long-term overview page to map out subjects, classes, or topics
- six placement overview pages (flexible for subjects, classes, or weekly planning)

Weekly Plans
After the Term Plans section, you’ll move into your weekly planning pages, designed to help you organise your week at a glance.
The weekly layout includes:

- smaller sections for before and after school plans
Each week also includes:

- a reflection space
- a to-do list
Meetings
This section supports you through all your key conversations and reflections during your training year.
You’ll find space for:
- training notes
- mentor meeting notes
- notes from being observed
- notes from observing others
It’s the perfect place to capture feedback, reflect on your progress and keep everything from your meetings in one easy-to-find space.
Records
To help you stay organised, you’ll also find dedicated pages for tracking and planning.
These include space for:
