What do the weekly pages look like?
Our Weekly Academic Planner has a vertical layout, with a column for each day of the week, Monday to Sunday. There are hourly timeslots that run from 7am to 6pm each day, so you can fill out your schedule or timetable. There’s also a larger box at the top for all day events or daily priorities. At the side of the page is a mini monthly calendar so you can see where you are, a notes section, and a box for you to note down anything important you’ll need to keep in mind for next week.
As well as the weekly layout, each week you get a full notes pages and a weekly dashboard to plan for the week ahead. There’s space for 3 top priorities, as well as a To Do list for you to plan out what needs to get done that week. Then there are sections for important events to keep in mind, as well as some personal things like your goal for the week, self-care activities, something you’re grateful for, as well as a habit tracker to track a daily habit.
What else do you get?
At the start of the planner you get some extra pages to keep track of information and things you might need to refer to throughout the year. You’ve got some key information pages as well as a place to note important contacts, a year overview (this is a great place to highlight term dates and holidays!), and some timetables you can use for schedules or routines.
You also get a monthly calendar page, which is a double page spread for each month of the year. These are all together at the start of the planner, so you can plan ahead and note important events and deadlines, so you can always refer back to this when planning your upcoming week.
At the end of the planner there are records pages which can be used flexibly depending on your role. There are also lots of dotted pages for notes, lists, and ideas.

Who is the Weekly Academic Planner suitable for?
We designed our weekly planner with an academic year to be really flexible, so anyone who works or organises their life across the academic year could find it useful. This could be members of SLT and school management, school business managers, teaching assistants, teachers, as well as parents and students.
We have a range of planners, and which one you choose really depends on your role and how you like the plan. The key difference with our weekly academic planner is that the days are split into hourly timeslots – this may work better for some than others, it all depends on what you need. If you like to schedule out your day according to what time different lessons, events, or tasks happen, then this one is ideal for you. It also runs fully throughout the week, from Monday to Sunday, so if your working week runs from Sunday to Thursday or you like to plan out your weekends, then this works well too!
We hope we’ve struck a balance between detailed short term and longer term planning. With the hourly timeslots for each day, you can get up close and personal with your day-to-day schedule. You also have the year overview and monthly calendars for the whole year, as well as dotted pages, which means you can think ahead, plan projects, and map out your whole year in one place.
