Our brand-new Digital Teacher Planner is launching on Saturday 25th April at 9am, alongside our Daily and Weekly Planners!
Here’s everything you need to know about the Digital Teacher Planner, so you can decide if it’s right for you. Previously, we’ve only offered a printable TPTC planner but this is a fully interactive digital planner that you can download and use on a computer or tablet (no printing required!).
Our Digital Planner includes all the content and features of our Teacher Planner but in a convenient digital format.
What’s Included?
With your download, you’ll receive a full TPTC Digital Teacher Planner, which can be opened in a PDF viewer or in apps such as GoodNotes. This Digital Planner includes all the same contents and sections that are in our physical Teacher Planner such as Teacher Focus, Calendar, Term Plans, Weekly Plans, Meetings and Records.
You’ll also get a helpful guide to get you started.
Please note: you’ll need a compatible PDF viewer or note-taking app to use the planner properly. Viewing the file in an internet browser may limit its functionality.
What Do You Need to Use It?
To get the most out of your digital planner, you’ll need a note-taking app that supports PDFs and hyperlinks, such as:
- GoodNotes
- Notability
- or a similar app
Alternatively, you can use a PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat.
Easy Navigation
The planner has been designed to make navigating between pages simple and intuitive.
- Use the clickable tabs and links to move between sections
- Tap on any tab or page to jump straight to it
- Click into any box to start typing, the text will automatically adjust to fit
To keep you even more organised, every date in the digital planner also links directly to your Google Calendar!
