Key Features

This year, our Daily Planners are B5 in size, which is a really handy size that’s between A4 and A5. We find B5 is a great size for those than need a good amount of space, but still want the portability. We know teachers are often popping their planner in their bag and taking them from classroom to classroom, across the school, and even home with them, so we always keep that in mind. The daily planner is bound with a really sturdy metal spiral, that’s just one continuous piece of metal, which makes it more able to survive a busy year, and the B5 size is great for this too.

The Daily Planner is available in all 13 of our 2025-2026 cover designs, from the fun and colourful Lover design, to the calm and sleek Classic Navy. This year, the pocket on the inside cover of your planner will also match your cover design! We were so excited to be able to incorporate your chosen design in the inside of the planner to make the most of our beautiful cover options.

This is a fully dated planner, which runs from August 2025 until July 2026. It has a year overview, monthly calendar pages, and of course daily planning pages, all of which are fully dated for the year. It has tabs running along the side showing you where you can find each month, so you can always quickly find the date you need.

What’s it like inside?

The School Year

At the start of your planner, you have a few pages to set up your school year: some Key Information pages (for usernames, passwords, and key contacts), 2 blank timetables, an at-a-glance year calendar, and a year overview. The year overview has a different column for each term, and plenty of rows which you could fill in with different subjects or different year groups or classes, depending on your role in your school. At the end of the planner, you have some records pages where you can track tasks, pupils, or important outcomes throughout the year.

Monthly Pages

Every month, you’ll get a monthly dashboard, where you can track personal things like books, movies, things you’re grateful for, things to look forward to, and important events. There’s also a full page quote each month, which is great for a little monthly positivity and motivation (and is also fun to decorate!). There’s a monthly goal-setting page, where you can choose 3 goals for the month and break them down into smaller steps to keep them realistic, practical, and achievable.

Each month has a full double-page calendar spread, with the dates already added, so you can plan your month in lots of detail. The page is fully dedicated to the calendar, with a notes section at the side, which means each day’s box is a good size ready to fill with busy plans. Plus, each month you’ll get a full notes page so you can brain dump, write down ideas, and get more in depth.

Daily Pages

The Daily Planner does what it says on the tin – you’ll get a page per day Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday share one page so you can plan your personal time too. Each school day’s daily page has a vertical layout with 8 large boxes running down the page – these aren’t labelled with times or school periods to allow you to use the planner flexibly. If you’re a member of the senior leadership team or you work in school administration, you might assign each box a different task or meeting for the day and plan each one out.

There’s also a smaller box at the top and bottom of this daily schedule, which you could use to track big events, important to dos, or things you need to remember that day. Each page also has a notes section and a To Do list, so you can have a fresh new To Do list each day.

At the top of each daily page, there’s a space to fill in the Term and Week, which is super handy if you’ll be referencing some long or medium term planning in another document, and want to track where you are in the plan. There’s also a ‘Special Events Today’ box, so if you’ve got a school-wide celebration, or if you’re running assembly, you can pop it in there.

How is the Daily Planner different to the Teacher Planner?

The Teacher Planner is designed specifically for teachers across different key stages in both primary schools, secondary schools, and higher education. We included lots of different kinds of planning pages in the Teacher Planner, so it’s more of a one-stop-shop for your curriculum planning for the year. The Teacher Planner also has other kinds of extra planning pages, like places to track your professional development. To see a full guide to what’s included in the Teacher Planner, click here.

The Teacher Planner is a weekly planner – so each week has a double page spread with columns for each day. The Daily Planner has one page per weekday, which means it has many more pages! The Daily Planner doesn’t have all of the planning pages the Teacher Planner has – it is more dedicated to just giving you as much space as possible to plan each day.

This means the Daily Planner is ideal for lots of different kinds of school roles, as well as teachers. Some teachers do their curriculum planning in a certain way, depending on their school. If that means you wouldn’t use some of the pages in the Teacher Planner, then the daily planner may be better for you. It can also be great for if you like to write lots of detail in your days and just want a bit more space.

The focus on daily planning also means that this planner is great for many non-teaching or part-teaching roles, like members of the Senior Leadership Team, teaching assistants, or school administrators or business managers. The blank box layout of each day means that the planner is really flexible and can be used differently depending on your role.
