How much is postage within the UK?
Postage is £1.95 for orders under £5 and £4 for all orders £5 and above. All orders £5 and over are sent by a Royal Mail tracked service. You'll be sent a link to track your parcel once it has shipped.
International delivery is £9 or more depending on the destination country but if you would like to make an enquiry about a bespoke postage cost for smaller /larger items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. (This only applies to international orders). Please note that customs charges may be payable outside of the UK and are payable by you as the customer.
How long will my package take to arrive?
We aim to ship items the next working day. However personalised orders are all embossed by hand so it may take up to a week to ship these orders.
I'd like to order in bulk for my school. Do you offer any discounts?
Absolutely! If your order is over £200, we offer 10% off your entire order with the code SCHOOLBULK10. If your order is over £300, please contact me at email@example.com for a further discount.
Can I return my order if it isn't suitable?
Returns are only accepted for personalised orders if the item is damaged or faulty.
Other items can be returned unused within 14 days, but we require the buyer to pay the return postage. (Also see our returns policy)
Personalised items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Please allow between 2-5 days for your order to arrive after shipping confirmation.
Replacements will not be given for missing parcels if more than a 14 days have passed before contacting us. Replacements for missing parcels which have been marked as 'delivered' on Royal Mail's tracking system can only be replaced within 5 days of the parcel being 'delivered'. The replacement of these 'delivered' parcels is at the discretion of TPTC as we have no obligation to replace parcels if there is evidence that the customer has received it.
We ship across the world, but please note that shipping outside of the UK may incur customs charges upon the parcel's arrival. The buyer is responsible for these charges. We are unable to refund items and postage costs if customs charges were refused by the buyer. Please allow up to 56 days of items to arrive if ordering from outside the UK.
