How much is postage within the UK?
Postage is £3.95 for all orders under £100. Orders over £100 have a postage fee of £9.95 but all are sent first class. All orders are sent by a tracked service. You'll be sent a link to track your parcel once it has shipped.
International delivery is £15 but if you would like to make an enquiry about a bespoke postage cost for smaller items, please email enquiries@thepositveteachercompany.co.uk. (This only applies to International orders).
Why does postage cost the same, even for smaller items?
As we have a business account with Royal Mail, all of our postage costs are averaged across the weights of all of our parcels. This means it costs us exactly the same to ship small and large parcels. We wish postage was free, but unfortunately, it's not.
How long will my package take to arrive?
We aim to ship items the next working day. However sticker sheets and trainee planners are made to order so it may take up to a week to ship these orders.
I'd like to order in bulk for my school. Do you offer any discounts?
Absolutely! If your order is over £100, we offer 10% off your entire order with the code SCHOOLBULK10. If your order is over £300, please contact me at enquiries@thepositiveteachercompany.co.uk for a further discount.
Can I return my order if it isn't suitable?
Returns are only accepted for personalised orders if the item is damaged or faulty.
Other items can be returned unused within 14 days, but we require the buyer to pay the return postage. (Also see our returns policy)
Personalised items are non-returnable.
How do you manage being a teacher and running a business?

Please allow between 2-5 days for your order to arrive after shipping confirmation.
If more than 10 working days have passed please email us at enquiries@thepositiveteachercompany.co.uk to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Replacements will not be given for missing parcels if more than a 2 weeks have passed before contacting us.
International Shipping
We ship across the world, but please note that shipping outside of the EU may incur customs charges upon the parcel's arrival. The buyer is responsible for these charges. We are unable to refund items if customs charges were refused by the buyer.
