We're looking to add to our passionate, energetic team at our Bradford unit (BD4) and have the following position available:

TPTC Team Member

 

Responsibilities include: order fulfilment, packing of orders, personalisation of products, stock picking, stock replenishment as required. Full training provided.

Up to 35 hours a week (flexible - days and slots negotiable). Part-time also considered. 

Overtime opportunities available, especially at busier times of the year.  

£13 per hour (scope for progression as your role develops) + bonuses + overtime (if desired)

TPTC Operations Manager


Salary £30k+ depending on experience, with excellent bonus opportunities and career progression.

35 hours per week. Monday - Friday. 8.30am - 4pm but some flexibility possible.

Features of the role (full training provided):
  • Leading a team of up to 20 people and overseeing an existing system to help ensure we delight our customers.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels to avoid out of stock items and / or over-selling.
  • Work alongside the Fulfilment Team Leader to ensure that orders are printed and the team is co-ordinated to pack them within the allocated time frame.
  • Making strategic day-to-day decisions.
  • Responsible for all Safe and Legal routines for the unit. Ensuring plans are in place and adhered to.
  • Regularly meeting with CEO/Director and Warehouse Manager on a 1to1 basis and provide feedback.
  • Be an excellent role model, leading by example.
  • Ensuring good communication between the different department team leaders across the business.
